You see, I own an old 1966 Chevy without a speedometer, so I never really know how fast I am going. After I took my first Computer Science course I learned that "the future belongs to the digital techno- logy" and I was determined to start looking to the future, especially with my car. Well, as you computer whizes probably know, digital technology is having things be either on or off, true or false or whatever. Well, I converted my car over to a digital format one saturday afternoon in my front yard, and now it operates digitally. On the floor are two buttons, "ON" or "OFF." Naturally, at first it was sort of awkward, backing the car out of the garage and pulling out of parking spaces, what with the "ON" button giving me an immediate, tire-screeching response all the time and with the "OFF" button locking the brakes, but I soon got used to it. Progress is that way, you know. Your Friend, Dr. Graper
